  This Privacy Policy explains how Istrata Digital Sdn Bhd ("we", "our", or "us")

  collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile and desktop

  applications ("Apps"). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this

 2.1 Information You Provide

  - Account or pairing credentials — such as pairing tokens or configuration data you

    enter to connect our Apps to your devices or services.

  - Content you submit — messages, task descriptions, or other text and images you send

    through our Apps.

  2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  - Diagnostic logs — our Apps may generate local diagnostic logs to help troubleshoot

    connection issues. These logs are stored only on your device and shared only if you

    explicitly use the "Share diagnostic log" feature.

  - Usage data — we do not automatically collect analytics, crash reports, or usage

    telemetry unless explicitly stated within a specific App.

  2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  - We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information unless you provide

    it directly for a specific purpose (e.g. account registration).

  - We do not track your location.

  - We do not build advertising profiles.                                           

  - We do not sell your data to third parties.

  3. How We Use Your Information                                                    

We use information solely to:

  - Provide and operate the App's core functionality

  - Diagnose and resolve technical issues you report

  - Improve the App based on aggregate, non-identifiable feedback

  4. Data Storage and Processing                                                    

4.1 On-Device Storage

  Most data processed by our Apps stays on your own devices. For example, session

  transcripts, project files, and pairing tokens are stored locally on your Mac or iPhone

  and are never uploaded to our servers.

  4.2 Cloud Relay

  Some Apps offer an optional cloud relay feature to enable remote connectivity. When

  this feature is used:

  - Network traffic is proxied through a relay server solely to facilitate the connection

    between your devices.

  - We do not log, store, or inspect the content of relayed traffic.

  - The relay connection is authenticated using a token known only to you.

  4.3 Third-Party Infrastructure

  We may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) to operate relay

  or hosting services. These providers process network traffic on our behalf and are

  bound by their own privacy and security commitments. They do not receive access to the

  content of your data.

  5. Data Retention                                          

  - Data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete the App or clear its

    data.

  - We do not retain personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary to operate the

    service in real time.

  - Diagnostic logs shared with us for support purposes are deleted after the issue is

    resolved.

  6. Data Sharing                              

  We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only

  in the following limited circumstances:                                           

  - Service providers — infrastructure or hosting providers acting on our behalf, under

    confidentiality obligations.

  - Legal requirements — if required to do so by law, court order, or lawful authority in

    Malaysia or another applicable jurisdiction.

  - Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your

    information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any

    such change.

  7. Security                                       

  We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including:

  - Bearer token authentication for all API communication

  - HTTPS/WSS encryption for all network traffic

  - Local storage permissions restricted to the App's sandbox

  No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping

  your pairing tokens and credentials confidential.

  8. Children's Privacy                          

  Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect

  personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with

  personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

  9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  - Access the personal information we hold about you

  - Request correction of inaccurate information

  - Request deletion of your information

  - Object to or restrict certain processing

  - Withdraw consent at any time

  Our Apps are developed and operated by Istrata Digital Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated

  in Malaysia. If you access our Apps from outside Malaysia, your information may be

  processed in Malaysia or in the country where our infrastructure providers operate. By

  using our Apps, you consent to this.

  11. Changes to This Policy

  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the

  "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide

  notice within the App or through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App

  after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
